Here at Huachuca Oaks we are blessed with a variety of ways to offer you an adventure in sleeping...as if being at camp isn't adventure enough right?

Our housing facilities here at camp fall into three categories...

1) Modern: Acorn Lodge with 6 rooms that sleep 8 or 9 people on bunkbeds, a Speaker's Room* that sleeps 1 person, and a Nurse's Office* that can sleep 3 people.  The Broken Spoke Bunkhouse has 4 rooms that sleep 8 people on bunkbeds, and the Rock Ridge Bunkhouse has 4 rooms that sleep 8 people on bunkbeds.  Each of the rooms described has a bathroom and shower, plus heating and cooling capability.  Total capacity is 120 people.....NOTE: Speaker's Room and Nurse's Office have additional charges

2) Rustic: Indian Oaks teepee village (currently under renovation...reopen summer of 2013) can sleep up to 12 people each in 6 large teepees.  There are shared bathrooms and showers, fire rings, and a covered meeting area that can be used for meals.  Indian Oaks is within a 10-minute walking distance of the center of camp and all activities.  Total capacity is 72 people

*Currently under design is our newest addition to camp...the Trails End Wagon Camp.  We are excited about plans to raise monies to build five large Conestoga style wagons that will be placed in a half-circle around a central camp fire.  Each wagon is designed to sleep 8 people comfortably on bunkbeds with storage included.  As in most wagon camps, a trip to the bathroom is required but not too far away.  Wagon Camp will be a short walk from the center of camp and all activities.   Total capacity is 40 people

3) Primitive: In addition to our facilities listed above, we have additional space at camp if you desire to camp out in tents, whether it is up in the back of camp, out in one of our fields, or in a grassy spot under some of the trees around the camp.  We also have 5 RV spaces with hookups available for a reasonable cost or you can choose to RV "dry camp" on our large parking lot.
