Huachuca Oaks is very appreciative of your desire to give of either your time, skills, monetary gift, or useful items.  Over the years, God has graced the camp's leadership with the desire to operate on a cash basis and avoid where possible the issue of having to place the camp in debt by acquiring loans or mortgaging our facilities in raising capital.  Thank you for your interest and may the Lord bless you as you involve yourself in our ministry here at camp.

Listed below are ways in which you can involve yourself with your skills or time, areas where the camp needs specific items that you can either purchase and donate or give a monetary gift towards those items, and desired projects that you can donate towards that will further enhance the programs of the camp.

The camp leadership is excited about making available the opportunity to donate to three special funds that have been set up.  These funds will enable the camp to focus these funds and money donated to them on specific areas that we see as vital to the growth and strength of the camp.  Your donation to any of these special funds means that your money will go directly to an area that you are interested in supporting.

Of special mention is our new Oaks Legacy Fund. This fund is designed to be perpetual in nature and the donated money, stock, or other valuable assets that are donated to this fund will be kept seperate and not be touched.  The interest accumulated from the total investment will be transferred to the other two special funds and used as needed.

Specific Items Needed - These are current needs for our upcoming summer youth programs, our needs for finishing the upgrades in the kitchen area, and for seating in the chapel.  Each item is specific in description based on what the camp has determined is best to fit our program objectives.  If you aren't able to purchase the exact item, a cash donation for that specific amount will also be appreciated and will be used to purchase the desired items.

Materials Needed for Upgrades

The camp is currently carrying one small mortgage that was involved with a sale of property and buildings from a friend of the camp.  If you wish to donate money towards the payment of this mortgage please contact Dan Syson (Director) or write your donation to the camp with a letter requesting that your giving be directed towards repayment of the mortgage.
